Its was a tiring day for me yesterday...

I woke up early to buy breakfast for my Mummy and Sister.

We went to the Jurong Bird Park in the noon to celebrate Daven's 2nd birthday.

Indeed, Bird park is thousand times better than Zoo cause there is no pungent smell...

Okay, here's my recommended good stuff, an alternative - mascara to fake eyelashes.

Chanel Inimitable mascara. The best mascara ever~

Mummy pampered me with Chanel's makeup while shopping with her at Marina Bay Sands months ago...

This is 5 hours after the first application. My lashes stayed curl and long still...
Shall eloborate more with later post.

This week wasn't a good week for me but I ended my work on Friday with a smile. :)

Thanks to all my beloved friends and family for your concerns.

And thank the special friend who brought me to hospital and yes, everything. Thanks again.

I was on drip as I was in serious dehydration and had a jab on my hips to relieve my vertigo attack. This was the 4th attack in my life.

I didn't know I had Vertigo until I had my first pragnancy (Raeann), I had a vertigo attack (the worst one in my life so far). Hubby carried me and sent me to Dr Chua for immediate remedy - injection... I knew what happened initially but I cant recall what happened after that...
Vertigo attacks me normally when I get awake from my sleep early morning. The moment I lift up my head and open my eyes, the whole room turns 360 degress non-stop and caused nausea immediately. Which means that I am mul-functioned the whole day until I could fully recover.
It's like a nightmare to me. I could not control and even balance myself.
One word - Terrible

And how did I get Vertigo? I was diagnosed by my PD that I was born with it. Vertigo in me is caused by inner ear fluid inbalance...
Nevertheless, I hope that Vertigo dont strike again and I could live normally...
I will be going to NUH - ENT clinic to see an ear specialist and hopefully VERTIGO will not stay with me and could be cured...

My skin is sensitive and prone to clogged pores every now and then. Chinese term "Fen Ci" which will develop into acne or pimple after sometime.

Some useful info for your knowledge...

Zones 1 & 3

Traditionally, this zone is regarded as the "sister" to the bladder and digestive system. Frequent breakouts in this area might mean that you need to improve your condition by drinking more water and eating more "whole" foods such as unpolished rice or non-homogenized milk.

Zone 2
The middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, is related to the liver. Congestion in this zone can indicate overconsumption of alcohol, rich foods, and possibly a food allergy (such as lactose intolerance due to the consumption of milk).
Zones 4 & 10
The ears are a highly sensitive area related to the kidneys. Breakouts at the ears’ region or heat experienced at this particular area may also mean a high level of stress.

I dropped by Raeann's school and she was so happy to see me.

When I was about to go off, she cried like a little woman. I saw a little version of me. Look happy and brave on the external look, but deep down inside is actually fragile. Someone who needs to be protected and yearning for the sense of security.

She is so sensible and I am proud to have her! She hugged me and told me that she loved me & don't want me to be sad. But she cried after telling me all these.

Her facial expression - controlling her tears like the way I do while taking a group picture with her friends...

Life is not only about responsibility, committment, love... It's about care and concern rendered to your loved ones.......

The purpose if this picture is to show you my progress of my teeth having braces on. I think my teeth really very sensitive and shift quickly too. My bottom teeth are all straight and my front rabbit teeth are pushed backwards within 2 months of braces.

I met Darling for lunchie at Jurong Point yesterday. Love her beautiful straight teeth! Her smile is so sweet!

Change of Hair colour and hair style really enhanced my skin tone and overall look.

Dull dark brown hair made my face look gloomy. I have a very pale face...& look like 要死不要死的脸！ but With Liese Bubble Hair in Platinum Beige, I looked radiant even without makeup!

What? Eyes can get pimple? Oucchhh!!!

I never had cyst on my eyelid only after my 2nd pregnancy. Perhaps is due to hormone changes. A cyst grew on my left eyelid a few months back and I went to my GP for consultation and he said that I have to go to the hospital for removal. Heard from some of my friends who had similar problem as mine and they had to go for minor surgery to remove it. And scars may develop!

Let me eloborate... It's like a pimple growing in the clogged pore of your eyelid skin! Oh my god and FML!!!

Yesterday, I discovered that a bigger ingrown cyst as compared to last time (big ingrown pimple, previously was matured pimple) popped out on the surface of my RIGHT eyelid!!! My eye is in pain and with discomfort!

No choice, have to go hospital to remove it as my GP say eye drops can't help much as my case is always clogged pores from the outside and not inside eyelids... I can consider myself lucky coz most of my friends' cases were cysts in the eyelid which takes longer time to heal...

And, now my right eyelid is bleeding a little but healing up... So shag and I have to go back to office straight after the minor operation...

Guess my body is too intoxicated with yummilicious seafood consumed at my Cousin's wedding!!! I remembered clearly that after I ate 2 big plates of Crayfishes, my eyelid grew a cyst (the first cyst in my life)the following day....

I shall refrain myself from these seafood... NOt too much...

I need all of your blessings as I am the only one going through all these pain (not EXTREMELY pain) but I have no one to understand how I feel and how lonely I am, for today...

Bought a new pocket camera in my fave pink and it has loads of my fave functions like fish eye lens, sketch, beauty mode & multi functions!

Best of all, heard from the sales consultant that only sanding has the front LCD functions perfect for camwhores! Wahaha! You can see and aim properly with this function! Cool!

I love this camera!

I know Hubby has got really good camera but, it's really tedious to edit all pictures that I've taken which captures dark circles and skin problems very clearly!!!

So this Samsung camera is perfect and it's so conveniently nice!

Dad and Mum happily carry and hug their precious grand children...

We were checking in...
Their check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.

Hubby managed to snap this picture... I like this. Look at the 2 MBS staff at the right, they looked fantastic!aOur hotel rooms were located at level 31... Looking at the scenery here... Woah!!!

King size bed was fully occupied thus, we opted for 2 beds... Their lovely bathtub with 2 basins, one individual toilet room and one individual shower room...
Jaedon simply don't want to stop enjoying the scenery...
Jaedon was wearing cute suit set bought by the pretty ah yis...

Mum last minute booked 2 Horizon Grand rooms at Marina Bay Sands on Wednesday and all of us went there to relax and play. Mum managed to get 31st level and yea! With the Horizon Grand rooms... we can have excellent overview of the CBD area!

My married life for 5 years...

Had a good chat with my cousin who is a Christian and her Hubby is also a Christian. They would go to church every Sunday with their 3 lil kids. Same goes to most of my cousins where both the husband and wife are Christians.

I do believe that God make miracles and it takes 2 hands to clap to make sparkles in a relationship and same goes toast marriage.

I am really fortunate that I have you, my precious readers to console me when I'm down, to give valuable advice and your personal accounts in your life. I greatly appreciate it lots!

I am sure most of you will agree with me that couples living together tend to have arguement sometimes...

My cousin encouraged me and my Hubby to go for marriage workshop once a year. It helps to let couples understand each other more, rekindle the relationship and feelings & cultivate good well being to provide the best care and environment to their kids.

I agree too. My sister in law and her hubby attended a pre marriage workshop for newly weds. She shared with me that it is motivating and essential for all newly weds or even married couples :)

Time flies and I tolerated the pain and discomfort for almost 3 weeks :)

When it comes to dental hygiene, I am one of those people who spent 10-15 minutes in brushing my teeth and clean up my mouth...

With braces on, I spent even more time and expenses for cleaning up...

A normal toothbrush for the first step and mini toothbrush for gaps and in between braces and wires...

It's a MUST for this cool citrus Listerine...

Shiok! I remembered how silly was I to swallowed a little of this a few years back and I teared for quite sometime! Its very LALA!!

Flossing my teeth is a must EVERYDAY!!! I can't stand little food particles to stuck in between my teeth! Thanks to Darling, she told me that putting on braces is prone to tooth decay...So, the timid me will have to work harder!After a very bad toothache I had when I was in Primary 3, with root canal therapy for a few years which is BIG SUFFERING, I told myself that being a sweet tooth me, I have to brush my teeth THOROUGHLY and CLEAN!!!

I was at RWS on Monday! To celebrate Darling's birthday... She had planned the whole day activities. Pumpkin prawn n crabs at Lock Road, followed by ktv at Cineleisure and back to Hard Rock Hotel for a night. Darling KO in e room and I went to the Casino! Omg!

I didn't sleep for more than 24hours and went straight to work after that! And... A few acnes and pimples popped out on my face!!!

Darling took some bed pics of me...

Last Saturday, Hubby & Raeann accompanied me to Dr Yeo's clinic to cut off some excess wire that sticked out of no where. He said that my teeth shifted very fast and thus, the excess wired sticked out and poke my mouth!

Sunday Family Outing - Kite Flying

Kite flying at Jalan Bahar! A very nice uncle guided us to fly kite! This was the first time and my kids are really excited!!

1st day of braces

Lol!!! I can only feel better to see myself so fugly! I will laugh at myself when I look myself into the mirror! This is to console myself coz putting braces are like a big torture! Words can't describe the pain! Imagine I can tolerate labour pain but braces pain is really unbearable! I feel like bashing myself!

Worst part is can't even talk properly and seriously, you will not have the appetite to eat! Can slim down!

I didn't have dinner yesterday and didn't have proper meals for 2 days already!

And someone don't even have a simple understanding of the pain that I'm going through and still can comment that 这些是你自找的！没人逼你！

1st day of braces

I extracted 3 teeth yesterday. 2 from the top and 1 from the bottom. Ouch! But I have to praise Dr Yeo's skill! Coz I only ate 2 panadol throughout the day and pain subside in the evening time.

I do not feel pain at all now. However, nightmare will commence this evening as I will be going to fix braces onto my teeth!!!

My last few shots of rabbit teeth!

Actually my teeth only have 2 problems:

1. Rabbit teeth on the top
2. Missing tooth on the bottom

No.2 has a hole and is not filling up the gap. So the dentist recommended me to do braces instead of implant of artificial tooth which is more costly and prone to infection if I don't take good care.

I'm in pain! Cannot even eat painkillers! Damn it! I have to stop wearing GEO lenses maybe forever... I am wearing transparent lenses today and my eyes felt better! I feel that I look like an alien without these big eyes contact lenses! Am I too used to colour contact lenses?

Plucked 3 teeth in the morning and getting ready for my braces tomorrow! Ouch!

I am so hungry now but cannot eat anything! No wonder most people put braces can slim down!

All about BREASTS

Ever envy of women with firm and attractive breasts? Well, love your breasts! God gave us a healthy body and we must cherish it!

Being a young mother of 2 kids, I could say that I aged even faster as I grew older. Taking care of the kids, work and stress contributes to all factors of aging. But I never regret because I feel so great and happy to see my kids growing up happily. Trust me. All these sacrifices are worth it, even better than you strike lottery!

Counting on... I am still breastfeeding and I never regret that as Jaedon has milk allergy and skin allergy and PD encouraged me to continue as breastmilk helps to outgrow these allergies and promotes more antibodies for Jaedon :)

And because I didn't wear a wired bra for 1 year plus, I have to say that my breasts sagged ALOT. However, I do MAINTAIN them. How? (For mummies or breastfeeding mums)

1. Massage your breasts upwards everyday. I massage 3 times a day. Once in the morning when I pump milk, the other time is the 2nd & last pumping during the evening time and lastly during my bath. This is to prevent clogged milk ducts and saggy breasts. This can even helps to prevent breast cancer.

2. Do not wear BRA to sleep

3. Do not wear tight bra or push up bra. It will actually make your breasts more saggy. Trust me. Its proven.

4. (depends on your mom's genes) My mom grew her breasts each time she gave birth and her breasts are big. :) Some fats contributed as she grew a lil overweigth as she grew older. I do believe my sis and I are the lucky ones who inherited her genes. :)

Some tips extracted from www.ehow.com:

Tone up. To help prevent sagging, you will need to keep your pectoral muscles toned. Push-ups will do the trick. Begin with 15 push-ups per day. You can increase the number as they get easier. If 15 is too much start with, try 10. If you don't like the traditional push-ups, try using the wall. (I don't do that)

Wear a sports bra when working out. This includes running, walking and jogging. It is also important to wear the correct size. (I agree!)
3
Get a regular massage. If you don't feel comfortable having a professional do it, ask your partner or do it yourself. Get a good massage oil and massage your breasts every day. This will keep the blood circulating properly and help with elasticity. (SEX exercise does count!)

Moisturize daily. Purchase a lotion with aloe vera and use it twice a day, morning and night. This helps keep the skin in good condition and also helps maintain elasticity. ( I don't do that. But I will when I decided to stop Breastfeeding)

Go without a bra, except when working out. New studies, while still inconclusive, seem to show that bras actually cause breasts problems and sagging. Jaedon's Food allergy

Jaedon went for prick test at KKH recently and its really difficult for us to introduce him food as he had:

1. Cow's milk allergy - the worst allergy
2. Egg white allergy
3. Egg yolk allergy
4. Fish - surprisingly no reaction when he ate fish.. maybe he outgrown it...

I wanna thank Dawn Lee for the wonderful tip that she has shared in my comments. I didn't know that MMR jab has egg white in it. No wonder the specialist warned me not to go else where to take the jab as they will not do the jab if they know Jaedon has food allergy history.
Therefore, his upcoming MMR jab on 15th month, we will have to go back to KKH.

Jaedon's food panel prick test

Brought lil prince Jaedon to KKH today for his food panel prick test. It's to test for food allergy... Omy, quite disheartening to see the results...

A total of 9 pricked tests done... The first from top left indicated worst allergy against Cow's milk... Meaning he could not drink or eat dairy products.
He is also allergic to egg white, egg yolk & fish...

The specialist at clinic K - Dr Chiang is really patient and she explained the dos and don'ts...

I shall further eloborate later... I didn't know food allergy could be fatal!

Happy birthday to my prince Jaedon

Mummy love you and Raeann! It's his first birthday today!!!

And today marks 365 days of breastfeeding! And I'm still counting down!

It's really unbelievable that I could breastfeed Jaedon for a year already! I've gone through lots of trials, sufferings etc but afterall it's really worth it! Why?
1. Breastmilk is the best food and water supply for my baby as it has all the vitamins and antibodies.
2. You can throw away as and when you like it if baby doesn't finish it. You don't feel a pinch.
3. You can bathe with the milk or do mask.
4. Latching on means you got the bonding with your baby and no more waiting for milk to be ready.

God always make things happen for reasons...

I learnt alot during this one year and I could say I grew more motherly. I learnt how to prioritize and cherish people who deserve my concern n care. I learnt how to spend more time with my kids. I learnt to see through people, those who are true or not...

This one year, I gained alot of tips from my Mummy friends and some became my darlings! Haha!

I Really feel fortunate and loved by all of you out there who are always by my side when I'm down...

Once again, happy 1st birthday to Jaedon!

My nightmare encounter - Before & after

I went to try Cold Iron Facial at Bella Skin Care. The service and embience were good. Therapist was friendly. However...... I had bruising and wounds after the facial... The consultant told me that Cold Iron (which I have to top up extra bucks) will help to reduce redness and swell....

To my shock after the facial!!!!

I felt so pain when water touches my face!!!
Day 2... worst.... feel like punching people when I put on makeup or wash my face! A man saw me and thought that I got scalded by oil! What the hell!!!

Healing a little bit... With the help of....

Elishacoy 100% cotton organic facial essence mask!!! I used pore control & soothing....

What did they do to me face???

I raised a complaint to Bella skin care and their follow-up was good. They gave me Bio-light cum oxy treatment... Why must they follow-up only when a complaint was raised up? I complained to them immendiately after the facial as I could not accept my face condition... I went for facial at various places but never had such bruising which heals only after a week. Normally it should heal the NEXT day!!!

I am so scared now ok!

Life is so wonderful when I have got Lil Raeann & lil Jaedon to occupy 20% of my time, Hubby to occupy 10% of my time, work to occupy 30% of my time, 4 % for Precious, Darlings, & best friends, 1% for my side family, 5% to doll up myself everyday and 30% of my time resting.

I simply dun wish to waste my time on 小人!

I always say this and I always forget to upload the pictures taken from my digi cam. The fact that I don't have time!

I am getting back on track to go back to study to complete my degree... Seeing loads of my friends having fun on their convocation makes me envious...

I do not regret having several pause on my studies because I had to set up a family early, gave birth to 2 lovable babies and in return, I hope that Hubby & I could build an everlasting heartwarming family...

These few months are taking up most of my time. My health wasn't good recently and I took leave almost every morning to have more rest due to overworked on previous months.

It is indeed true that health is wealth. No matter how much you earn, without health, you can't work for more money.

And I was using Japanese Hair volume kit, also from Chamelon for only RM4.90!
Cheap!!! There are websites selling at $29.90!i wanted to get that long time ago But xiaxue recently mentioned in her blog that she bought fr Chamelon sg. I think it's about $6.90 for 2 pieces/set. But I think too many people read her blog and all chiong to the shops and cleared them all. It's out of stock at all Island-wide Chamelon.
So I went to JB to purchase! You might like to go there to buy coz there are lots of cheap pretty things!
