Zones 1 & 3
Traditionally, this zone is regarded as the "sister" to the bladder and digestive system. Frequent breakouts in this area might mean that you need to improve your condition by drinking more water and eating more "whole" foods such as unpolished rice or non-homogenized milk.
Zone 2
The middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, is related to the liver. Congestion in this zone can indicate overconsumption of alcohol, rich foods, and possibly a food allergy (such as lactose intolerance due to the consumption of milk).
Zones 4 & 10
The ears are a highly sensitive area related to the kidneys. Breakouts at the ears’ region or heat experienced at this particular area may also mean a high level of stress.
Zones 5 & 9
The cheeks often give an accurate glimpse into any respiratory distress. Smokers or people suffering from allergies generally experience fine, broken capillaries or congestion in this area.

The facial therapist removed my makeup, cleansed my skin thoroughly and began with exfoliation.
A steamer process was then introduced to open up my pores to get ready for extraction.
After that, I dozed off with some snoring... The extraction is literally felt nothing at all. This is the first time I dozed off in facial treatment. The place is simply too comfortable for me. I slept throughout. I only woke up a few times during...
